All Business Operations Are Normal: Starting on Friday, March 13, 2020, following state and national announcements, we temporarily closed our office locations and engaged the remote work protocol of our Business Continuity Plan. As of that week, all Medecision employees are working remotely via secure VPN technology so we can continue business operations while supporting the health and safety of our employees and clients. All systems are performing normally. Clients can monitor Aerial solution status on our Aerial Community Status Page. Our Services Team is Ready to Help: Our clients’ members and patients are at the center of everything they do, and we are committed to helping our clients respond quickly to ensure health and safety. There are numerous Aerial options that allow our clients to quickly pivot programs to help members and patients cope with the impact of COVID-19. COVID-19 Diagnosis Code: We deployed the new ICD-10 code for COVID-19 to Aerial production environments as part of our release on Saturday, March 21, 2020. See the CDC’s website and the Aerial Community for additional details.
